What if my order hasn't arrived in the estimated time?

Please note that our shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time of arrival from the courier dispatch  date, not the date your order  is placed.

If you believe your order is  outside the specified time range of delivery, please contact us.

Please check your order confirmation email to confirm your delivery address was correct.

How to track your parcel with us:

We will send you your tracking number with your shipment confirmation.

Durban Runner will endeavor to keep track of all orders
and manage delivery expectations thereof.

On the day of delivery, you may receive a call or message from the courier to let you know that your order is out for delivery.

What happens if anitem I ordered is out of stock?

Durban Runner endeavours
to keep all stock items on hand, however should an item be out of stock or a
stock item is discontinued, the running specialists will suggest a suitable
alternative, through a telephone consult.

Durban Runner will also provide a time frame for the
stock items to come back into stock, or provide you with a credit.

Can I enquire about availability of stock?

Yes please contact
us in sales@durbanrunner.co.za.
Our stock levels are monitored regularly. If the item shows as ‘in stock’ it
usually is.

Are shoe sizes in UK or US sizing?

All our footwear
is listed in UK sizes, which is the commonly accepted size used in South
Africa.

Do you do in store gait analysis?

Yes we do! Step
into our labs and one of our experts will assess and video your running form
before presenting you with a list of footwear options that are best suited for
you.

Do I need to bring anything in for gait analysis?

It’s best to bring your existing or old running shoes with you so we can evaluate your foot strike and assess the condition of your most current shoes.

How long does the analysis take?

Usually between 30 and 40 minutes. Sometimes faster.

Can I do remote gait analysis?

Yes! Please contact us on shop@durbanrunner.co.za  and chat to one of our staff. You can send us a video and we will try our best to help
